The thing i keep in mind is it was along time ago.there were alot more people involved back then. I was very nervous,but like Shawn when the blind fold came off i was literally surrounded by brothers and friends.but those days are gone,those fellows have gone to the gaotu,and there is a profound feeling of loss/emptiness in the temple these days even though the lodge is new.

Well then why not try to get it back to normal

Lodge Brethren come and go over time and the newer Brethren see this more and more. We have an average age of over 50 years. It is up to the younger Members to keep the Lodge going and fill that emptiness by joining in harmony all Brethren and making new Bros feel at home by filling the loss of the departed. This is how Lodges in the UK have continued to thrive for years. We had a visitor to our Lodge last week that that was celebrating their Lodges 275th anniversary!
There are not many founder members present now! ;D but they are always toasted at every meeting and will never be forgotten. :afam:

I'd like to like to about 100 and thats it...

I would like to live until I had all my mental faculties functioning correctly. After that its not funny then its time to retire to the GL above!
