I was Raised in November 1984, but the most senior MM that I know of was Raised in 1936, and iremains a MM to this day. He has never had any inclination to progress to the Chair.
He was awarded his 70 Year Service Certificate last year

I hear you on plenty to learn, though I am interested in modern and todays Masonic activities, I REALLY enjoy the historical and symbolism aspect of the fraternity...

I hear you on plenty to learn, though I am interested in modern and todays Masonic activities, I REALLY enjoy the historical and symbolism aspect of the fraternity...
And the historical and symbolism aspect of the fraternity is a very big part of advancing our Daily Masonic education!

This will be my 3rd year now but are in 2 Craft Lodges, 2 Mark Lodges, RA Chapter and will be joining RAM next Jan. Busy time of year at present!
My joining RAM has now been brought forward as the first candidate for the Lodge could not make it so I wil be the first to be Elevated into the new Lodge on 10th December (8 days time!)

I was made a Master Mason on Sept 28, 1982. That makes for a wonderful 25 years in the Craft. I completed the Scottish Rite in 1988, and the Shrine in 1988 (I demitted the Shrine).
