On the "my mission page" in the first paragraph it states "you will simply be obliged by your obligation and good will to transact business with him" .
I do not know what obligations are taken in the States, but is this saying that you are Obliged to transact business with him over non masons.

This was my concern also, we are not obligated to pass work to a man because he is a Freemason, we are not allowed to use our membership for personal gain in society or work.

I think this man had good intentions... But this is what the antis feed off of and creates ill feelings towards Masons...

I agree with Tonya, good intentions, bad word choice.

I have a plumber, a carpenter, an IT computer repair man and an estate agent and various other Freemasons who I do business with. I choose these people because I know they are trustworthy, would not rip me off and carry out a good job.
It is business and all above board. there are no favours or work carried out cheaply and the invoices are the same for non masons alike. I just feel more comfortable having Masons in my house when I am not around.
As said though, the site does not look good when you see it in black and white and gives ammo to antis. Although the intension is good.

The same as you would choose and trust a friend.

I agree, the freedom of choice is paramount.
