I can not access Owmg.org now.

The banner in my link is just an animated gif. A rotating banner would be one that displays a different picture and link each time the page is accessed, either at random or based on some programming code. GoogleAds are an example of that type of link.

I can get to the OwMG website fine, have harvested all the eddresses I could find on it, and sent them a link to this thread.
