I have attended two other lodges. One was during a raising done
in old colonial costumes that they do each year for George Washingtons
birthday.

It was the first 3rd degree I was able to watch after my own raising

Scottish first degree Peter? - thats what I am up for on Tuesday - I know our lodge is directly linked to the Grand Lodge of Scotland - but I also know degrees are slightly different in every lodge in the SCottish Constitution (have no idea how though).

cheers

Matt

It is very interesting to see the workings of other Lodges as there are slight differences to all Lodges. Also there is the meeting of other Brethren. I have invited Brethren who have come out to see our Lodges from other countries. It is great to know that you can go anywhere in the world and always be able to attend aLodge somewhere and be made welcome with open arms. We are all bonded in one way or another by the Brotherly love of Freemasonry!

Only by travelling will you receive all the lessons Freemasonry has to offer.
