What is "The True Meaning Of Freemasonry" ? @ 10-14-2006 12:39 PM
“Freemasonry is a beautiful system of morals, veiled in allegory, and illustrated by symbols”.
Is there a better answer than this ?
What is "The True Meaning Of Freemasonry" ?
If you were asked this question how would you
respond ?

Freemasonry to me?
Freemasonry is a very great traditional organization. They have been around since before most and they have done so much good for so many people. I think masonry can make the weak strong, the poor wealthy enough to live and make better men out of good men . To me this organization is the best and only true fellowship and trust I have come to see yet besides of course freinds, family and our Higher Power (God). I have to say that this organization is one thing I am greatly proud to be a part of ;D

Freemasonry gives you set set of guideline for
your life to follow. following those guildlines makes
you a better person and a better citizen

The True Meaning of Freemasonry is all mankind is equal, and as equals we should not discriminate, segregate or seperate other than by the moral standings of each individual person.
We should not live to excess, but share what we dont we really need with those who need it more.

Once again I am only an EA BUT...
To me so far masonry is a part of the process where at one point in our lives we say
"I am a good man and I actively want to always strive to be an even better one" , for some masonry provides that opportunity

Some very good thoughts. There is a quote from a well known Bro on another forum that says, "Freemasonry: Its not about me changing them, Its about me changing me".
