Just wondering if your GL allows CIpher books and to what extent you use them.

Nebraska GL issues a cipher book for pratice and memorization ONLY,
The use of the cipher is not allowed during degree work or proficiencies.

We use Emulation ritual books but only for learning our work and at LOIs. They are not permitted in open Lodge.

In Kansas we have cipher books. They are not supposed to be in Lodge though... people do bring them.
